in this article, we are gonna talk about the top five exercises that are going to help improve your sex life so in this series I have a couple more articles I actually want to do revolving around exercise and your sex life.

I actually want to do revolving around exercise and your sex life but you guys know me we’re gonna jump right in this thing starting with number 1.
which is going to be push-ups. push-ups is mainly an upper-body strength exercise so the stronger you are which are upper body is going to allow you to support your own body weight with ease which will help you go ahead and you know do some more advanced things in the bedroom if that’s what you want to do and you can also do it with confidence that you’re not afraid that I’m too weak to do this you get what I’m saying.
alright moving on moving on number two a very important exercise that’s going to be squats. simple bodyweight squats are going to help you improve your sex life the stronger your legs means more fun in the bedroom obviously squats is going to help target your quads your hamstrings and your glutes all these exercises can be done whip or whip out weight it’s up to you obviously not everybody has weights at your disposal at home that’s why I’ve geared a lot of these workouts around no equipment whatsoever so you guys can go ahead and get the job done no matter what no excuses but if they’ve got too easy you can easily go and purchase a dumbbell to add some more resistance to your training.

next up on the list is going to be one of my favourites as well I’ve talked about this exercise a lot and that’s going to be planks super-duper simple but also SuperDuper effective planks are overall going to strengthen your core and also provide you with a lot of stability the goal to be able to support your own body weight and also be able to balance this will help you do some positions that other people may not be able to do if that’s what you into you know what I’m saying this is up to you I’m just giving you the information plants can be done in the upright position or it can be done on your elbows and also if you want to increase the intensity go ahead and add a dumbbell or any type of weight on your back to help challenge you just a little bit more.
next up on the list is also gonna be one of my favourites I’ve done this in a lot of different 10-minute five-minute workouts and that’s going to be glute bridges little bridges going to primarily hit your hamstrings your glutes also targeting your lower back this can ultimately help you I mean come look at the exercise look at how it’s done it’s gonna help you thrust you know.
the next thing we’re going to talk about is my ultimate favourite exercises well write out the push-ups and that’s going to be burpees are obviously gonna help you get in shape it’s going to help with a little bit of cardio it’s the one exercise that I believe it’s super effective into getting you in shape and also burning a lot of calories burpees is also going to promote a number of things that’s going to help you in the bedroom explosiveness power strength and also stability. all of these which is going to significantly help improve your sex life. if I’m lying I’m flying and also an exercise that I have not shown you which is kind of hard for me to show you are going to be Kegels.
